The Maison du Luxembourg, situated at the heart of the international area of the Jean Bouin Stadium for the Paris Olympics, hosted a significant networking event between Luxembourgish and French companies.

This event, held on July 30, 2024, saw the active participation of the Minister of the Economy, SMEs, Energy, and Tourism, Lex Delles, received by Georges Mischo, Minister of Sports.

The meeting featured speeches from key figures such as Fernand Ernster, President of the Chamber of Commerce, and Philippe Schaus, President of the Business Club France-Luxembourg. Together, they presented Luxembourg as a nation open to the international community, with a favorable environment for research and development, as well as a sustainable ecosystem.

Promoting Luxembourgish Tourism and Culture

Alongside economic exchanges, the Maison du Luxembourg also served as a showcase for promoting the cultural richness and tourist attractions of the Grand Duchy. The "Visit Luxembourg" stand, located in the stadium's Fan Zone, attracted many visitors eager to discover Luxembourg's picturesque and varied landscapes, as well as its multicultural character and open-mindedness.

Georges Mischo, Minister of Sports, welcomed Lex Delles for a guided tour of the Maison du Luxembourg and the tourism stand. "The Maison du Luxembourg in Paris is not just a place to celebrate our athletes and enjoy the Olympic atmosphere, but also a platform to showcase Luxembourgish culture and its charm as a tourist destination," he stated.

The Maison du Luxembourg continues to strengthen economic and cultural ties between Luxembourg and France, while providing valuable visibility for the Grand Duchy during the Paris 2024 Olympics.
